1 Definitions and Interpretation

Certain words used in these Terms carry specific meanings, which are explained below:

• "Platform" means the 1111bat website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "User" means any person registered on the Platform.
• "Account" means the profile created in a user's name after completing the registration process.
• "Bet" means placing money on any sports betting, casino game, card game, or other product.
• "Balance" means the total amount held in a user's account, which may include both cash and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds provided by 1111bat that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

3 Account Registration and Security

Opening an account on 1111bat is completely free. However, once registration is complete, it is the user's own responsibility to keep the account secure.

• Account login details — username and password — must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 1111bat's support team immediately.
• Your password must be difficult to guess — using only your name or date of birth is discouraged.
• OTPs sent to your registered mobile number or email must not be shared with anyone.
• No 1111bat representative or staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Specific rules apply when depositing and withdrawing funds on 1111bat. All financial transactions are secure and processed through SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account's KYC verification has been completed.
• Funds deposited into your account can only be sent back to a payment account registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from 1111bat are subject to specific conditions. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds and any winnings from those funds can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving you a balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
• Any winnings from games played using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is fully met.
• 1111bat reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account, per household, or per IP address.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

1111bat's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can move to a higher tier based on their activity and time spent on the platform.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses at the applicable rate. For example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
• Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to the account within the next working day.
• VIP benefits may be revoked in cases of fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activities on 1111bat are governed by the rules set out below.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 1111bat itself decides to void it under specific circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, 1111bat reserves the right to void the relevant bet or recalculate it at the correct odds.
• If a sports event is abandoned or suspended, 1111bat's own rules will apply to the bets placed on that event.
• If a user is found to be involved in match manipulation or score fixing, their account will be closed immediately.
• In the event of a software error or disconnection during a live casino game or any other game, the result will be determined based on game history and server logs.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1111bat platform. Violations will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Gaining betting advantages through fraudulent means or deceiving other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age.

9 Personal Data and Privacy
